In Short

• Develop scalable, high-quality features across the frontend and backend of MRV+ and carbon marketplace platforms.
• Translate complex workflows and data requirements into clean APIs, backend logic, and intuitive UI components.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to deliver reliable software to production.
• Participate in architectural discussions, system design, and technical decision-making.
• Support DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and post-deployment improvements.
• Mentor junior developers and coordinate mid- to large-scale initiatives.
• Contribute across the tech stack as needed to ensure end-to-end solution quality.

Requirements

• Proven experience in full stack development.
• Strong knowledge of frontend technologies (e.g., React, Angular).
• Experience with backend technologies (e.g., Node.js, Python).
• Understanding of APIs and microservices architecture.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD tools.
• Ability to mentor junior developers.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
