In Short

• Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers to design, build, and release new Android features.
• Deliver clean, well-tested, and maintainable code in Kotlin and Java.
• Lead re-architecture initiatives to modernize legacy components for scalability and performance.
• Mentor junior engineers, support team-wide best practices, and help improve agile workflows.
• Ensure data-driven decision-making through monitoring and analysis of user behavior and app metrics.
• Maintain a strong focus on security and usability in all stages of development.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Android development.
• Strong knowledge of Kotlin and Java programming languages.
• Experience with mobile app architecture and performance optimization.
• Ability to mentor and guide junior engineers.
