Requirements

  • 5 years of experience in Sales Engineering or related field.
  • Proven ability to document technical requirements.
  • Exceptional presentation skills.
  • Strong desire to achieve sales targets.
  • Technical articulation skills for non-technical audiences.
  • Experience with core banking systems.
  • Experience with financial technology solutions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience in defining systems strategy and implementing solutions.
  • Proficiency in system configuration.
  • Ability to work independently with strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • 5-7 years of experience in requirements gathering and solution design is advantageous.
