In this role, you will lead the strategy and execution of quota and capacity management systems, ensuring customers can efficiently request and scale cloud resources. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, infrastructure, finance, and customer-facing teams to design scalable, automated solutions that balance customer needs with platform efficiency. Accountabilities

• Define and own the product roadmap for quota management and capacity planning systems.
• Drive the development of scalable, policy-driven quota systems supporting self-service and automation.
• Collaborate with engineering and infrastructure teams to reflect accurate resource availability and usage.
• Design quota request and allotment mechanics that are resilient, scalable, and aligned with customer SLAs and internal policies.
• Serve as the product expert on quota and capacity management systems, evaluating tools and frameworks for quota tracking, usage metering, and scaling team operations.
• Stay current with industry best practices and integrate new solutions to optimize quota and capacity workflows.
• Work cross-functionally to ensure that platform efficiency and business goals are balanced with customer experience.
