If you’re passionate about crafting seamless digital experiences and love turning complex challenges into elegant design solutions, this role is for you. As a Product Designer, you’ll work in a fast-paced, remote-first environment to drive the design of high-impact, user-centric features on a leading ad tech platform. You’ll collaborate closely with engineering, product, and customer-facing teams to build intuitive interfaces that empower users and fuel business growth. Your voice will be central in shaping the product vision and future of Connected TV advertising.

In Short

• Collaborate across departments to translate business goals into intuitive product design strategies.
• Lead end-to-end design efforts, from user research, journey mapping, and wireframes to polished prototypes and final UI specs.
• Create mockups and prototypes using Figma and contribute to a growing design system.
• Prioritize and manage your design backlog, create user stories, and define acceptance criteria.
• Drive innovation and continuous improvement in user engagement and campaign management workflows.
• Act as a design advocate in cross-functional teams, ensuring a consistent user experience across all touchpoints.
• Work with engineering, QA, leadership, and customer success teams to align on product vision and execution.
• Help mentor and collaborate with other designers in the Platform Squad.

Requirements

• Strong portfolio showcasing product design work.
• Experience with user research and usability testing.
• Proficiency in design tools, particularly Figma.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
