• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineers, data scientists, product managers, and other designers.
• Create high-fidelity mockups and prototypes.

• Ensure consistency and adherence to design system guidelines.
• Present design ideas and concepts to stakeholders.
• Plan and conduct usability tests.
• 3+ years of experience as a Product Designer.
• Strong portfolio showcasing design process and innovative solutions.
• Proficient in Figma and other design tools.

Requirements

• 90% English written and oral (at least B2 level).
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles.
• Experience designing customer-facing products.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
