Product Designer - Remote

Overview

We’re looking for a versatile and collaborative UI/UX Designer. You will shape intuitive, polished experiences across our Angular-based web applications, Ionic-based mobile apps, and our external website.

In Short

• Establish and own a centralized design system to unify UX/UI across products.
• Audit and align existing applications to that system.
• Serve as a design advocate and educator within the company.
• Design and deliver UX flows, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
• Collaborate daily with product managers, engineers, and QA.
• Lead the design experience for our Salesforce-native apps.
• Ensure a responsive, accessible, and user-friendly design.
• Maintain high standards of usability, clarity, and visual consistency.
• Work with engineers to ensure designs are implemented faithfully.

Requirements

• 5 years of UI/UX design experience.
• Proficiency in Figma or a similar tool.
• Familiarity with Angular and Ionic frameworks preferred.
• Experience designing for Salesforce Lightning Design System.
• Strong grasp of usability and responsive UI patterns.
• Proven experience designing for accessibility.
• Experience building or managing a design system.
• Comfortable working within platform constraints.
• Strong communicator in a remote-first environment.
