In Short

• Lead strategic enterprise programs including M&A integration, technology rollouts, and operational transformation initiatives.
• Oversee and mentor a team of project managers to ensure consistency in execution, methodology, and communication.
• Maintain accurate project planning and resource management through tools like JIRA, ensuring updates reflect real-time progress and changes.
• Govern compliance with standardized PMO processes; escalate non-compliance as needed and continuously enhance frameworks and best practices.
• Evaluate risks and define mitigation plans, ensuring timely reporting of at-risk initiatives to senior leadership.
• Engage stakeholders across departments to align priorities, manage dependencies, and address third-party execution challenges.
• Ensure the accuracy and usability of executive-level dashboards and operational metrics to drive visibility and informed decision-making.
