Overview

We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Expert (Consultant) with proven B2C growth experience to help us drive qualified traffic and user sign-ups at the best possible CAC-to-LTV ratio.

In Short

• Audit and optimize existing B2C acquisition channels.
• Design and execute cost-efficient campaigns focused on reducing CAC while improving LTV.
• Identify, test, and scale new consumer growth channels.
• Implement A/B testing, conversion tracking, and retargeting strategies.
• Collaborate with the content and product teams to improve conversion funnels.
• Develop reporting dashboards tracking CAC, LTV, ROI, conversion rate, and retention.
• Provide weekly performance insights and actionable growth recommendations.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of hands-on experience scaling consumer-facing products.
• Proven experience in B2C growth.
• Strong understanding of acquisition channels.
• Ability to analyze and report on campaign performance.
