Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field with 8+ years of sales experience.
  • Master's Degree with 6+ years of relevant experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop strategic relationships with pharmacy accounts.
  • Proven experience managing complex accounts in a defined region.
  • Strong understanding of pharmacy operations and market access landscapes.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret market and performance data.
  • Experience with CRM systems and data tools for decision-making.
  • Ability to succeed in collaborative, cross-functional team environments.
