As a Lead Senior Consultant specializing in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and Power Platform, you’ll play a strategic role guiding enterprise clients through full-cycle implementations, upgrades, and digital transformations. You'll work closely with solution architects, project managers, and client stakeholders to shape systems that align with business goals. This role combines technical leadership, strategic consulting, and hands-on solution development — all within a collaborative and growth-minded team culture.

In Short

• Lead end-to-end implementation and upgrade projects for D365 CE/CRM and Power Platform.
• Ensure alignment with client goals and technical best practices.
• Partner with solution architects to design robust business processes, customizations, and integrations.
• Facilitate workshops and discussions to define client needs.
• Present solution options and drive organizational change.
• Collaborate with project management to ensure delivery meets project governance standards.
• Deliver demos, proof of concepts, and joint design sessions.
• Guide configuration, security, infrastructure, and change management decisions.
