Overview

As an Instructional and Curriculum Designer, you will develop and implement engaging and impactful learning experiences for various audiences, including customers, partners, and internal teams.

In Short

• Design and develop a wide range of instructional materials, such as e-learning modules, job aids, simulations, videos, and assessments.
• Create structured learning paths tailored to different user groups, including customers, partners, and employees.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy, relevance, and alignment with industry standards in fraud prevention and cybersecurity.
• Leverage Learning Management Systems (LMS), authoring tools (e.g., Absorb, Camtasia), and interactive technologies to enhance the learning experience.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through metrics and feedback, continuously refining and improving the content.

Requirements

• Proven experience in instructional design and curriculum development.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles.
• Experience with e-learning development tools and technologies.
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
