In Short

• Monitor, report on, and improve the performance and utilization of assigned cybersecurity tools.
• Manage configurations, policies, and operational activities of technical security solutions.
• Troubleshoot software and hardware issues, resolve security alerts, and perform remediation tasks.
• Maintain and update application scripts and security documentation.
• Track, document, and remediate security vulnerabilities, incidents, and requests.
• Support change management, incident response, and audit activities.
