As a Community & CRM Manager, you’ll play a key role in creating meaningful engagement with remote job seekers and building an active, empowered global community.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in community management or CRM/email marketing.
• Strong communication and writing skills in English.
• Experience with CRM and email automation platforms.
• Comfortable analyzing metrics and optimizing based on data.
• Proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple projects.
• Passionate about remote work and community engagement.
• Bonus: background in remote work platforms or HR tech.
