Requirements

• Ability to drive process improvement effectively.
• High emotional intelligence and relationship-building skills.
• Experience in navigating ambiguity and complex environments.
• Familiarity with program/project management methodologies.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; MBA preferred.
