Remote Chief of Staff

Overview

This position is for a Remote Chief of Staff role where you will amplify the impact of the CRO by translating strategy into execution and ensuring clarity within the Sales leadership team.

• Serve as a force multiplier across the Revenue organization.
• Translate revenue strategy into clear priorities and measurable outcomes.
• Drive high-priority cross-functional initiatives from conception to delivery.
• Establish operating rhythms and tracking mechanisms.
• Prepare executive meeting materials for the CRO.
• Act as a communication bridge between the CRO and internal teams.
• Identify inefficiencies and implement improvements.
• Serve as a trusted advisor for the CRO's time and priorities.

Requirements

• 8–12+ years of experience in strategy, operations, or consulting.
• Experience at the executive or senior leadership level.
• Ability to drive complex initiatives from concept to execution.
• Proven track record of influencing without authority.
• Strong operational and project management capabilities.
• Excellent analytical skills.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
• High discretion and judgment in handling sensitive information.
