In this role, you will lead the design, development, and implementation of AI-driven solutions across a dynamic software and healthcare platform.

• Drive the strategic AI roadmap, aligning AI initiatives with company objectives and product goals.
• Lead technical evaluation, design, and execution of AI/GenAI prototypes, proof-of-concepts, and production systems.
• Establish AI architectural standards, best practices, and governance for scalable, compliant systems.
• Mentor and guide engineering teams in AI-assisted development, model deployment, and workflow optimization.
• Conduct competitive AI landscape analysis, integrating emerging technologies and research into practical solutions.
• Ensure adherence to SOLID principles, design patterns, microservices architecture, and domain-driven design.
• Support CI/CD, DevOps, and cloud deployment best practices to enhance system reliability and efficiency.

Requirements

• Proven experience in AI software architecture and development.
