1st Line Risk Lead - Remote

Overview

This position is a key role within the first line of defence, where you will ensure that risk management frameworks are embedded effectively across the business. You will provide expertise, guidance, and oversight to strengthen governance and controls, while driving a proactive risk culture.

• Provide clear guidance on risk and compliance to stakeholders to support business priorities.

• Promote a risk-aware culture, embedding ownership across teams.
• Work closely with 2nd and 3rd line governance teams to strengthen decision-making processes.
