Senior Product Designer, Platform Experience - Remote

Overview

This is a remote-first role that can be held in Canada or the United States. Jobber exists to help people in small businesses be successful. We work with small home service businesses, like your local plumbers, electricians, painters, and landscapers, to transform the way service is delivered through technology.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in designing web or mobile SaaS products.
• Proven success in design or UX roles.
• Strong understanding of SMB and/or B2B audiences.
• Expertise in visual and interaction design.
• Proficient in modern design tools (e.g., Figma, FigJam).
• Experience in qualitative and quantitative research.
• Strategic thinking aligned with product vision.
• Experience working with Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams.
• Passion for AI and emerging technologies.
• Active involvement in the design community.
