Requirements

• Solid experience with outbound marketing tools like Instantly, Smartlead, HeyReach, Dripify, Meetalfred or comparable platforms.
• Proven knowledge with Clay for data-driven outbound marketing.
• Experience in email marketing, growth marketing, or B2B sales is advantageous.
• Strong understanding of copywriting and persuasive communication.
• Data affinity and analytical thinking – you love tracking KPIs and optimizing campaigns based on numbers.
• Independent, structured working style and ownership mentality.
• No specific educational paths required – what matters is that you master the tools and can demonstrate success in outbound marketing.
