Technician - Remote

Overview

The Technician will assist with day-to-day operational maintenance activities in various buildings, focusing on electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems.

• Perform maintenance on electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems.
• Handle air-conditioning, UPS, and alarm systems.
• Attend to technical-related interior works and faults.
• Inspect systems and conduct essential equipment checks.
• Assist and supervise vendor and contractor services.
• Respond to system alarms and emergency situations.
• Write incident reports and analyze root causes.
• Ensure high levels of professionalism and customer service.
• Collaborate on project works and internal changes.
• Complete scheduled maintenance activities effectively.

Requirements

• More than three years of relevant experience.
• Class C or above relevant licenses required.
• Strong dedication to work and service.
• Able to work well in a team under pressure.
• Basic computer skills (Word, Excel).
