Overview

The System Support Engineer at JLL is responsible for providing technical support and solutions for hardware and software issues across various devices while ensuring customer satisfaction and timely resolution of incidents.

In Short

  • Provide procedural documentation for support processes.
  • Identify hardware and software solutions for various devices.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve network problems.
  • Install and configure hardware and software.
  • Communicate with onsite and remote customers to diagnose issues.
  • Follow up with clients to ensure problems are resolved.
  • Manage multiple support cases simultaneously.
  • Maintain detailed records of incidents and maintenance activities.
  • Collaborate with internal and external technical teams.
  • Promote health, safety, and risk management standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in IT or related field.
  • Understanding of IT hardware including servers and network devices.
  • Familiarity with DCIM tools and incident management platforms.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • Ability to work under high pressure.
