Overview

The Senior Shift Engineer at JLL will be responsible for ensuring the operational maintenance of technical services during shift duties, managing engineering teams, and coordinating with property management for technical issues.

Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical or equivalent.
• 3-5 years of experience in Real Estate, Hotel, or Construction Industry.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in managing technical teams.
• Knowledge of safety practices and procedures.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple teams effectively.
• Attention to detail and meticulous work ethic.
• Familiarity with budgeting and financial tracking.
• Experience in vendor management.
