Overview

The Senior Project Manager at JLL will lead and coordinate construction oversight processes, ensuring that project specifications and requirements are met while collaborating with various stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Construction Management, Architecture, or related field.
• Experience in Project and Construction Management.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Projects, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Experience in preparing meetings with internal teams and external consultants.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently.
• Proactive with strong planning and organizing skills.
• Ability to manage scheduling and budgets effectively.
• Experience with design and architectural detailing is an advantage.
• Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience.
