Overview

As a Senior Project Manager at JLL, you will play a critical role in managing and delivering Corporate Interior projects for a financial services client, ensuring successful project outcomes through your expertise and organizational skills.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management
• PMP certification or equivalent preferred
• 5-10 years of project management experience in Corporate Interiors
• Ability to manage 5-8 projects simultaneously
• Firm knowledge of construction and commercial real estate
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Critical thinking and decision-making skills
• Preference for LEED, AIA, PE, PMP certifications
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products
