Senior Project Manager, Corporate IT - Remote

Overview

The Senior Project Manager is responsible for leading complex, cross-functional initiatives that drive digital transformation and operational excellence across Danaher’s global enterprise.

In Short

• Lead end-to-end project management for enterprise-scale IT initiatives.
• Define and manage project scope, schedule, resources, and budget.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for project sponsors and cross-functional teams.
• Apply DBS tools to drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with IT governance and security requirements.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in IT project management.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Project and Jira.
• Active certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2).
• May require up to 15% travel.
• Experience with Collaboration and Identity services is a plus.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• Demonstrated experience managing projects in a matrixed organization.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 platform transitions.
• Support M&A-related IT activities.
