Overview

The Senior Director of Sourcing at JLL will lead the development and execution of sourcing strategies for a major financial services client, ensuring compliance and operational excellence while fostering high-performing teams.

Requirements

• 10+ years of strategic sourcing experience in facilities services.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Supply Chain Management preferred.
• MBA or relevant certifications (CPM, CPSM) preferred.
• Proficient in MS applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Experience in managing and developing teams.
• Understanding of the real estate industry and competitive landscape.
• Ability to lead change and foster a collaborative team culture.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
• Ability to engage with stakeholders effectively.
