Overview

As a Receptionist at JLL, you will be the face of the company, responsible for creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for all who enter our premises.

In Short

  • Create a positive first impression by greeting clients, guests, and employees.
  • Track all visitors including vendors and guests.
  • Manage parking and vehicle logs, security access, and keys.
  • Assist with employee onboarding/offboarding processes.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing courier and mail.
  • Support management plans by achieving key performance indicators.
  • Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills.
  • Perform facility management assignments as directed.
  • Maintain professionalism and responsiveness.
  • Work in a supportive and diverse environment.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of customer service experience.
  • Proficient in various information technology tools.
  • Excellent organization and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in English is required.
  • Ability to perform minimal physical activities.
