Overview

The Receptionist at JLL is responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring a smooth operation of the office environment.

In Short

  • Greet and assist visitors and candidates
  • Handle telephone and email queries professionally
  • Administer parking spaces and arrange transportation
  • Book meeting rooms and organize hospitality
  • Coordinate local events and travel arrangements

  • Prepare refreshments and manage catering setups
  • Conduct site inductions for new starters
  • Support JLL's Quality Management program

Requirements

  • Strong customer service skills
  • Excellent communication abilities
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks effectively
  • Experience in an administrative role preferred
  • Knowledge of security procedures
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
  • Proficiency in office management software
  • Fluency in English and Spanish is a plus
  • Willingness to learn and adapt
