Overview

The Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, representing JLL's professional image while providing exceptional customer service and administrative support in a dynamic corporate environment.

In Short

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner.
  • Manage the visitor management system and check-in procedures.
  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls.
  • Coordinate meeting room bookings and prepare conference rooms.
  • Accept and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries.
  • Maintain reception area appearance and organization.
  • Provide basic administrative support to the Work Dynamics team.
  • Assist with catering arrangements for meetings.
  • Ensure security protocols are followed for all visitors.
  • Support office safety procedures and emergency protocols.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; some college education preferred.
  • 1-2 years of previous reception or customer service experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience with visitor management systems and multi-line phone systems.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Customer service orientation and positive attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
