Overview

The Receptionist position at JLL is an entry-level opportunity within Facilities Management, providing essential support in a commercial office environment.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in facility/property administration.
  • Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Knowledge of audio-visual equipment in conference rooms.
  • Ability to lift files and manage physical tasks.
  • Some college education in a relevant field is preferred.
