Project Controls Manager - Remote

Overview

JLL is seeking a full-time Project Controls Manager to join our Project & Development Services team, supporting one client and focusing on project accounting, scheduling, risk mitigation, and reporting.

In Short

• Manage daily project operations, including cost analysis and budget reporting.
• Collaborate with project managers and client staff to achieve project goals.
• Prepare and distribute monthly reports on project cash flow and costs.
• Assist in maintaining accurate cost reports and spend forecasts.
• Analyze project over/under spends at a program level.
• Develop and manage project charters and schedules.
• Review and verify vendor quotes and proposals.
• Manage project financial close-out activities.
• Collaborate with JLL Finance on billing and reconciliations.
• Build effective relationships with all stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or Finance/Accounting.
• Minimum 5 years of construction project management experience.
• Thorough knowledge of the construction industry.
• High proficiency in MS Excel.
• Understanding of project risks related to budgets and schedules.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Adaptable and open to change.
• Familiarity with various contracting types.
