• Manage and set up the project controls capability for a major project or programme.
• Provide interpretation of data in monthly reporting to support decision making.
• Establish and manage the Performance Measurement Baseline (PMB).

• Manage and coordinate the project controls function through the supply chain.
• Integrate disciplines including schedule, cost, risk, quality, and reporting.

Requirements

• Professional experience in Programme Controls Manager roles for large construction projects.
• Ability to build and maintain stakeholder relationships.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience facilitating workshops with stakeholders.
• Experience managing teams in risk, planning, cost change control, document control, and reporting.
• Experience in managing project controls systems.
• Professional Project Management qualification (desirable).
