Operating Engineer - Remote

Overview

The Operating Engineer at JLL will be responsible for performing various maintenance tasks to ensure the proper functioning of building systems and providing excellent service to tenants.

In Short

• Perform maintenance tasks including painting, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical work.
• Maintain the work order system and complete tenant service requests.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and inspections.
• Support emergency response situations as needed.
• Troubleshoot building systems and comply with safety procedures.
• Participate in technical and safety training programs.
• Complete additional projects as assigned.
• Utilize Microsoft Office for reporting and communication.
• Lift up to 50 lbs and use ladders as required.
• Provide strong customer service to tenants.

Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant work experience in maintenance or repair.
• Trade school education or equivalent training is desirable.
• Universal CFC EPA certification preferred or willingness to obtain.
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong physical ability to perform maintenance tasks.
• Excellent customer service skills.
