Overview

The Mobile HVAC Technician at JLL is responsible for performing maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems and other building-related equipment, ensuring client satisfaction and safety.

Requirements

• Minimum of five years of technical experience in building engineering.
• High School diploma or GED equivalent.
• HVAC Certificate of Qualification required.
• Interprovincial/Red Seal Certification is an asset.
• Gasfitter A or B certification required.
• Current valid driver's license is necessary.
• Must meet security clearance requirements.
• Willingness to support after-hours building activities.
• Strong health and safety mindset.
• Ability to perform various operational tasks as required.
