Mobile HVAC/R Technician - Remote

Overview

The Mobile HVAC Technician is responsible for performing annual preventive maintenance work within a given geographic territory, adhering to Jones Lang LaSalle standards and guidelines.

• Perform preventive maintenance and repair service on HVAC, mechanical, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Identify energy savings opportunities to decrease energy consumption.
• Conduct routine building maintenance and plumbing tasks as necessary.
• Independently plan work assignments with minimal supervision.
• Assist in general maintenance and operation of buildings and grounds.
• Interact with team members, contractors, building occupants, and clients.
• Use industry-standard tools and adhere to relevant codes and regulations.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in commercial HVAC service and repairs.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Universal CFC certification is necessary.

Requirements

• Hands-on skills to repair and maintain commercial HVAC systems.
• Proficiency in using computers and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to pass background checks and drug screenings.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel.
