Mobile HVAC Technician - Remote

Overview

The Mobile HVAC Technician will perform annual preventive maintenance work within a given geographic territory (Barrie, ON area) and will include hands-on repair and maintenance work on various systems associated with the operation of a commercial property.

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on HVAC and other building systems.
• Ensure minimal disruption during maintenance work.

Requirements

• Journeyman Refrigeration HVAC Certificate of Qualification required.
• 313A license or provincial equivalent required.
• Gasfitter I or II required or provincial equivalent.
• High School diploma or GED equivalent.
• Two years of trades schooling in electrical system design, refrigeration, and HVAC.
• Ability to analyze and troubleshoot various systems.
• Working knowledge of computer applications including Word and Excel.
• Must be available for call-in work.
