The HVAC Technician will perform ongoing preventive and repair response work orders on facility mechanical, electrical, and other installed systems, ensuring the maintenance and operation of HVAC systems and associated equipment.

Requirements
Minimum of four years of technical experience in building engineering.
Universal CFC recovery certification required.
High School diploma or GED equivalent.
Working knowledge of computer applications including Word and Excel.
Two years of trades school or documented apprenticeship in relevant fields.
Ability to work in adverse conditions.
Must be able to lift up to 80 lbs.
Experience with building automation and fire/life safety systems preferred.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Ability to recognize and propose solutions for safety hazards.
