HVAC Technician - Remote

Overview

The HVAC Technician at JLL is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing facility equipment across multiple buildings, ensuring optimal operation of HVAC systems and other mechanical systems.

In Short

• Maintain and repair HVAC and mechanical systems.
• Perform troubleshooting and preventive maintenance.
• Log and respond to alarms and complaints.
• Monitor and adjust various HVAC systems.
• Supervise contractors and third-party maintenance providers.
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards.
• Work collaboratively with a team of craftspersons.
• Available for call-in work and overtime as needed.
• Maintain accurate records in a CMMS system.
• Assist with plumbing and electrical tasks as required.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum four years of experience with mechanical systems.
• Universal certification in refrigeration required.
• Knowledge of OSHA standards and local codes.
• Proficient in reading electrical and control schematics.
• Ability to operate BMS and CMMS systems.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in various weather conditions.
• Physical capability to perform manual tasks.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
