Maintenance Mechanic - Remote

Overview

The Maintenance Mechanic role at JLL involves maintaining and repairing building systems and equipment, ensuring safety compliance, and providing excellent service to clients.

• Maintain lighting systems and perform minor plumbing repairs.
• Assist in the maintenance and repair of building equipment.
• Conduct facility inspections and report findings.

• Perform preventive maintenance on chillers and boilers.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in building repair and maintenance.
• Basic plumbing and electrical knowledge.
• Valid state driver’s license required.
• Knowledge of BAS or QBAS preferred.
• Experience with Maximo CMMS is a plus.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Completion of a technical training program is beneficial.
• Must comply with background and MVR checks.
• Mechanical and electrical aptitude required.
