Overview

The Lab Operations Lead Technician at JLL is responsible for leading operational tasks for site-specific teams, training technicians, and supporting various operational duties as needed by the property and clients.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Lab Service Technician or equivalent.
• Strong supervisory and mentorship skills.
• Experience in lab and cleanroom environments is recommended.
• Ability to work in high-stress environments.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Specific licenses applicable to trade are recommended.
• Ability to read and interpret various instructions.
• Knowledge of basic hand and power tools.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to maintain calm in emergency situations.
