Overview

The Industrial Property Manager will oversee property management operations and financial reporting for a portfolio of industrial properties, focusing on excellent client and tenant service.

Requirements

• Current Real Estate sales license or ability to obtain within six months.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Yardi Property Management System.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Project management capabilities.

• Ability to manage and develop personnel.
