Overview

The Property Manager (PM) is responsible for providing direct management oversight for assigned industrial properties, maximizing NOI and asset value on behalf of JLL clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum three years of commercial property management experience.
• Strong financial acumen and budgeting experience.
• Familiarity with building systems and lease negotiations.
• CA Real Estate License required within 120 days.
• Experience with property management accounting platforms.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in technology tools related to property management.
• Proven track record of results in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to contribute to a diverse and talented team.
