Overview

The Industrial Property Manager at JLL will oversee property management operations, ensuring tenant satisfaction and maintaining high occupancy rates while managing budgets and service contracts.

• Manage tenant move-ins and lease administration.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in property management.
• 5+ years of experience in property management.
• Current Real Estate sales license or ability to obtain within 6 months.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Yardi Property Management System.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Project management capabilities.
• Excellent tenant service skills.
• Ability to manage and develop personnel.
• Understanding of budgeting and cost management.
• Ability to adapt to changing work environments.
