Overview

The Finance Manager at JLL is responsible for managing all aspects of facility and project management accounting, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with corporate requirements.

In Short

• Manage general ledger activities in a fast-paced environment.
• Provide accurate financial information, including month-end reports and budgets.
• Ensure compliance with JLL Corporate requests and audit requirements.
• Prepare and reconcile payroll and expense billing.
• Streamline financial processes across locations.
• Facilitate the compilation of annual facility management expense budgets.
• Customize budget templates for consistent information collection.
• Ensure compliance with internal audit and accounting standards.
• Collaborate effectively with internal and external teams.
• Utilize advanced Excel skills and financial modeling capabilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 5-10 years of relevant work experience.
• Proficiency in Excel and Google Workspace.
• Strong financial and analytical skills.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Advanced communication and presentation skills.
• Preferred MBA or CPA.
• Experience with SQL, PeopleSoft, and/or JD Edwards.
• Experience with payroll management.
