In Short

• Lead financial planning and analysis (FP&A), cash flow management, budgeting, compliance, and risk management.
• Work remotely with a high-performing U.S. team.
• Ensure timely and accurate monthly closes and financial reporting.
• Implement best practices for inventory accounting.
• Develop and manage annual budgets and forecasts.
• Analyze revenue streams and customer acquisition costs.
• Support fundraising activities.
• Monitor marketing spend and its return on investment.
• Experience in e-commerce accounting and finance.
• Passion for numbers and sustainable growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• CPA or MBA preferred.
• 3+ years managing accounting/finance teams.
• 3-5 years in e-commerce or digital businesses.
• Knowledge of e-commerce business models and revenue recognition.
• Expertise in financial modeling and data-driven decision-making.
• Experience with ERP systems and financial automation tools.
