The Facility Executive - Soft Services at JLL is responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day soft services operations, ensuring smooth functioning of the facility, and maintaining high standards of service delivery for clients.

• Oversee day-to-day administration and manage stock trackers.
• Assist Facility Manager with administrative functions and security issues.
• Ensure adequate supply of consumables and maintain stock levels.
• Oversee front desk activities and coordinate client events.
• Maintain petty cash and process vendor invoices.
• Conduct routine inspections to ensure service performance.
• Develop policies for reception-related functions.

• Conduct daily walk-arounds of the facility.
• Provide after-hours facility assistance as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Facility Management or related field.
