Overview

The Facilities Operations Manager will oversee the management and operation of properties and personnel in alignment with Client directives and established standards and procedures, ensuring optimal property performance and client satisfaction.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Facilities Management
• Minimum 4 years industry experience
• Excellent customer and communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and organize responsibilities
• General knowledge of building systems
• Strong interpersonal and supervisory skills
• Proficient in MS Office and CMMS systems
• Ability to manage skilled staff effectively
• Experience overseeing multiple facilities
• Ability to supervise vendor performance
