Overview

The Facilities Officer at JLL is responsible for governance and administration of finance, sourcing, compliance, and systems updates to support the Workplace Experience team in engaging with occupants. This role acts as the main point of contact for landlords and vendor partners, ensuring smooth operations and client satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Cantonese and English.
  • 2-3 years of experience in Facilities Management or related fields.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and administrative skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Able to adapt to a fast-paced working environment.
  • Demonstrated client focus and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to lead and support team dynamics.
  • Problem-solving and strategic thinking capabilities.
  • Self-motivated with a customer service-oriented attitude.
  • Organized and able to manage tight deadlines.
