Facility Security Officer - Remote

Overview

Client Solution Architects (CSA) is currently seeking a Facility Security Officer to lead our security team and grow and maintain our industrial security program in accordance with 32 CFR 117. The candidate should be well versed in industrial security requirements and have experience partnering with internal and external customers.

In Short

• Lead the security team to ensure compliance with government regulations.
• Manage security education and personnel security functions.
• Act as ITPSO and grow the Insider Threat Program.
• Create DD 254s according to government requirements.
• Conduct self-inspections and security reviews.
• Manage DISS, NISS, and associated platforms.
• Engage with government customers and agencies.
• Ensure compliance with DCSA and 32 CFR 117 requirements.
• Knowledge of CUI requirements related to contracts.
• Communicate effectively across boundaries.

Requirements

• Must have the ability to obtain and maintain an active Top Secret Clearance.
• Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience with DISS, NISS, and industrial security applications.
• Completion of DCSA FSO Program Management course within six months of employment.
